Meditation, Yoga and Creative Practice for Letting Go and Coming Home

With Lisa Gibson

Softly the rain

kisses my cheeks, my lips

wanting nothing back.

What if you could move through your days with a clearer mind, a steadier heart, and a renewed sense of energy? What might open up if you slowed down just enough to hear what really matters? And what if this ordinary life—exactly as it is—was already rich with everything you’ve been seeking?

This 6-class series invites you to wholeheartedly meet your life—in all its beauty, joy, sorrow, and transformation—and to experience the deep relaxation and vitality that emerge when we pause, return to presence, and trust our innate wisdom.

Each week, Lisa will guide you through an intentional blend of Zen meditation, yoga, and creative expression to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your sense of purpose. We’ll move, sit in stillness, write, reflect, and draw inspiration from poetry and meaningful conversation.

As we cultivate awareness and release the need to strive, a natural ease begins to surface—an ease that allows life to unfold through us rather than around us. From this grounded clarity, we can listen for what truly wants to move and express through us, discovering a more authentic and aligned way of being in the world.
